Building a legacy: Jaimon's residence Interior
This architecture project was a unique challenge, as the site was a small linear plot with limited width but a long length. The goal was to design a house that reflected the family's cultural heritage and traditional values while also incorporating modern elements. One of the major challenges was the notified road in front of the plot, which required a minimum setback of 6m according to government rules. Despite these limitations, I was able to come up with a unique structure that incorporated the client's ideas and requirements. The design features a balcony that is perpendicular to the ground floor, adding a unique architectural element to the house. Overall, this project required careful consideration of all factors and creative problem-solving to achieve a successful outcome.
